I have a couple of tattoo related posts on my other blog ebetta.com that are getting a lot of traffic - Siamese Fighting Fish Tattoos and Even More Betta Fish Tattoos. Who knew so many people were interested in fish tattoos?

Did you know that in your adwords account you can make your ad match the exact phrase the user types in? Sounds great, huh? Unfortunatly I though it would be an amazing way to get more signups. When you display your ad with the exact same phrase they typed in it also displays your ad in bold. The problem is people click on the ad who have no intention of buying any of what you offer. They click it because it is bold, and just used to seeing good results in bold.

If you have some kind of crazy niche that could profit from this here is how you do it:

• Log into your Adwords account.
• Go to your campaign stats and view your Ads.
• Create a new ‘text ad’.
• In the first line of your text ad type {KeyWord:Your Alternative Text Goes Here}
• The ‘Your Alternative Text Goes Here’ part can say whatever you like. This is an alernate keyword/keyphrase that will show if the persons search terms are longer than 25 characters.
• Now fill out the rest of the ad how you normally would.
• Save your ad and wait a few minutes until your campaign has updated with the new ad.

A bit of a warning though: this drained my daily budget in about 1 hour, with absolutly no conversions.

Right now 1 year access is only $20.95 for everything. That is pretty good considering what I normally charge is more than double that at $46.95. If you are interested now is the time to sign up - Soon I will be raising the price back to $46.95.

Ok, I didn’t do a very good job of tracking where money was coming from in june. In July I have been much better about tracking this. But here is a break down of what I made online vs. offline.

• Desk Job: $1,960
• Webeloper.com: $90
• Script Sales: $283
• Adsense: $140

This brings my total to $2,473 for the month of june, with only $513 of that being online. I won’t quit my dayjob just yet.

I was forced to change servers. I had over 200 blogs installed on my other server, there were too many requests coming in… I was shut down by the host. I am now on hostgator with this blog so there should be no problem. Also, I am not moving all my posts over except the first post from the last blog, it’s date will be wrong. A lot of things have changed since then (a few months ago) and I am making more than $20/month now as mentioned in the first post. In the next few posts I will go into greater detail as to what I am doing.

No BS - you won’t find any on this blog. This blog is 100% percent about making money online. I’m not whitehat and I’m not blackhat. I’m whateverworkshat. This blog is going to throw ethics right out the window and focus on results. If I can use any method to get me toward my goal of being a millionaire, you better believe I’m going to use it.

I work a so-called “Good Job” (Web Application Development) with a “Good Company” (Defense Contractor). I have a good college education. But I have one problem -

I HATE MY LIFE.

I can hardly afford anything, I had to buy the cheapest vehicle possible, can’t afford a house, can’t go out much; I can’t afford anything with my “good” job. I could work my ass off all day, everyday, for my whole life and never become a millionaire.

I currently make a small amount of money online - Under $20/ month. I Decided I am going to use whatever method I can to make myself a millionaire online. Since I have skills in web development, this seems like the only logical path to take. I will use this blog to document my efforts at becoming America’s Next Top Online Millionaire.
